My husband and I had an amazing experience with this dealership. Prompt return phone calls, friendly upfront sales rep and sales manager and received the information we asked for with out a run around. They exceeded our expectations and we are extremely pleased with our purchase. It was worth the over 300 miles distance and bypassing many other dealerships.
I scrolled through Ford dealer’s websites for hours looking for a decently priced newer F-150 STX. I sent emails out to multiple dealers that had a truck I was interested in, but David at Murray Ford was not only quick, but the first to respond (have yet to hear from the others now a week later). David was a no BS salesman and an absolute joy to be in the company of. My truck had a band break in a tire on the way home from Orlando back to NC. Local tire shop couldn’t figure out how to drop the spare and I couldn’t change it myself since I didn’t have a jack. The folks at Murray ford took it right in the shop and changed it for us quick and got us back on the road! Thanks guys!
David made the experience well worth it & stayed by my side the entire time. I highly recommend him if anyone is searching for a vehicle.
