HORRIBLE SERVICE! GAVE MY ASHES AWAY!! My friend lost her dog over a month ago and had her cremated. She had this dog for 15 years. After 4 weeks of calling and getting the run arounds about her dogs ashes they told her they don’t know where they are. They said later that they had given the ashes to the wrong person and they haven’t responded so there’s nothing they can do. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Disgusting and insensitive. My best friends dog Bella was recently put down here and they told her they gave her dogs ashes and paw print to another owner by mistake. They strung her along all week promising they would get her ashes and paw print back, only to later tell her the owner wouldn’t respond and there was nothing they could do. I took my cat of 18 years here to get cremated and they lost my cats ashes for weeks and finally received a call back tell me they found them. I also took my kitten here prior to that event and they put him under and left him under for too long and ended up killing my cat saying it was an accident. My friend just had a similar experience where they lost her dog of 15 years ashes and paw print and “accidentally” gave it too another owner!!! DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE AND CARELESS.
RecommendedI have been here to get shots/grooming and unfortunately an euthanasia but I will tell you this office is so professional, and understanding. Lori especially was wonderful with both of my fur babies, in life and passing. Truly this Vet office is amazing.

I take all my fur babies to them. They are very knowledgable and I trust them with my pets.
I brought my rescue in for what appeared to be mange coming back. I mentioned it multiple times. No tests done. Just a $130 bill and a thank you. Now she has a possibility of staff to go along with her mange. Save yourself the time and money and go to a real professional. Go down the street to any other vet and get your animal treated right. I recommend Dr Pipes. Maybe a 5 minute drive and you’ll pay half the cost.
The vet and vet tech were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My skittish nervous mini poodle was well taken care of.
