RecommendedI love going to Hot Yoga! Hot 26 and Restorative are my favorites, but I truly would do any of them. The instructors are helpful and patient as I work my way back,5 years later, from a double mastectomy. So, no one should be afraid to try it.

Ahh maze ing! And BodyFlow is back on the schedule Jan 18, 2018, so that’s more of a bonus, as it’s one of the non Hot classes. All of the instructors are fan tastic! Join the family, & try a class.
I've been to private yoga studios and personally prefer going to Gold's gym yoga... Specifically this location! Awesome instructors and great enviroment! I can't complain about a thing!
