Awful communication with their customers. I bought my truck 1 week later the drive line falls off. (They did good on their part and got that covered). Got my truck back and the stereo wouldn’t work at all took it back and they pretty much said sorry about your luck your warranty doesn’t cover that. And my truck is still under under 30 days. Just s little upset about that

I thought that the people in there were friendly enough. They were all nice especially when we were going to pay. They were more than willing to take my money, but here I am with a car that we can't even use. They forgot to mention they didn't have a TITLE. I don't know how any professional business can take a trade in, advertise to sell it and then sell it without a title. I have contacted people there three times and I still have no title. We have bought 2 Sonatas from this dealership and have had a great experience with both. Kamren Avery has been our salesman both times and I highly recommend him as he seems to fight for you as a customer. I know that he does not have the final say, but he seems to be up front with his talk and actions. We have been coming to this dealership for service on our Hyundai's since 2013 and they have always done a great job.
