After spending half a day at this place we left thinking we had just bought a car!!!! Drove car for 46 days without it being financed don’t know how long we would have had the car if I wouldn’t have Call to find out where our license plates were they told me that the lender wanted to shorten the loan and change payment $76 per month higher than what we had agreed to!!!! Which was still higher than we wanted by$159 !!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE LACK OF COMMUNICATION
The solvable- the no regret dealer... I have nothing but regrets about buying my Santa Fe and not getting all of the information about the warranty. This was our 4th hyundai vehicle purchase and it was been the worst experience.
Was happy with them. But now, a month later, my trade in still isn't paid off. And messages to them have got no response. Don't do business with them.
We used Brandon to help us get my wife’s car and he helped us get the best deal around i highly recommend using him!
