A couple months ago my vehicle wasn't passing smog. I came to murdock and traded in the suv for a small car. Smooth process. I came back to trade the car for a SUV and have had nothing but problems. I was very specific w what I wanted , payment , etc. I was not treated good. I was told that wasn't going happen. Went to another dealer got a better car , less money down , more for trade in. Such a great experience buying my new car! Kelly went above and beyond to help me with all my questions, concerns and the overall buying experience.
