Our experience with Dr Andrew Bullock has been fantastic. He is warm, unhurried and went through the treatment options and plan for our adolescent boy clearly. Further, when we called him a week later regarding the dosage, the day before he was due to go away for a week, he called us that evening and sent the new script before he left which was very much appreciated. The reception team were both so helpful and friendly before, during and after our in clinic visit. Highly recommend! Thank you! Golda & Scott
Dr Andrew Bullock, a very informative and comprehensive paediatrician. Was very happy with his service and how he treated my child. It was lovely to see a doctor who understood my child's behaviour.
My sons appointment was made over a year ago, as it was by phone I never recieved a letter, so I called the hospital to be told Dr sonowane no longer works there. All communications were done by text which is extremely unprofessional. The appointment was switched to Telehealth which is impossible for an appointment of this nature. The appointment was never confirmed despite having to send personal information to her by text so I wasn’t willing to send her money or keep my son home from school with no confirmation. 45 minutes meeting for $600 just to received a prescription drug. We did not even get a written diagnosis about my kid’s problem. We refused to come back again.
My son’s paediatrician is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The reception team are always attentive and polite.
