this venue sucks they have a room called the Egyptian room where they stack seats on top of each other to where you can have any room to yourself. And I don't know who's running there digital media memes but they they should stick to music and artists and leave the politics out of it.

Went to see Opeth last night and not only was I in awe by the beautiful inside and outside of the venue, with its beautiful Egyptian theme but I was also in awe by the venue staff who were very helpful with me during the show. I have lower spine and knee issues that make it impossible for me to stand to long and I asked the VIP booth lady if it was possible for me to upgrade my ticket so that I could sit and enjoy the show. Absolutely the worst theater experience of my life. As a season ticket holder of Royalty seats for Broadway series, I will not renew my subscription. I had a crying toddler sit behind me for Hamilton. It was so disruptive I couldn’t hear or focus on most of the second act. I saw no ushers during the performance. When I was able to find a usher after the show, I was told they were unable to remove crying children. We visited tonight for the first time to see the Disney jr holiday party! My son was so excited for this event and it did not disappoint!! Staff was friendly and helpful and the main parking lot was easy to get into and out of! We look forward to more events here! Thank you!!
