This is probably the most iconic buildings on south beach. Every time I go to the beach, or when I took Buddy for dog training at the Petco over here and saw orange Julius, I would admire this structure. It is very tall and pink. You cannot miss it. If you go to the beach around ocean drive and 1st ave, you have a nice view of this building as well as cruise ships passing through out the early evening. It’s really the cutest oasis. 0 stars. Very disrespectful security staff to guests. Think twice before leasing or buying here as staff will badger you and your guests which is crazy considering the high costs of the units here. I was there waiting on a customer and security told me it was private property and I needed to leave right at that moment.
