BEWARE tried to give my dog medication he is allergic to, I asked when I picked up the medication if it was Cipro and was told it was not, but when I got home I discovered it was. They did not take any responsibility and were rude about it. Will never take my 6 dogs and cat back there again.

We adopted a sweet dog that was older (8-ish) and needed a home. We found our baby at SAFE Pet Rescue in Saint Augustine. We adopted her and took her to a groomer and then made an appointment at Murabella Animal Hospital for a FULL exam. We told them to do the works - we want our new baby to be healthy. So, $610 later they came out and said our new girl had an enlarged heart and had maybe 1 to 5 years to live. They couldn't say. We were devastated. Today was a day we have been dreading for a while. It was time for our old boy to cross the rainbow bridge. The staff were compassionate, caring and thoughtful. Everything went so smooth and peaceful. They definitely went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them.
Hershey and I visited MuraBella for the first time today. Everyone was wonderful! They offered me options for care and I never felt pressured to do one or the other. They made me feel like they were part of our hershey’s healthcare team. We will definitely continue care with MuraBella for Hershey and all of our other fur babies.
We visited Murabella Animal Hospital for the first time for an emergency visit. While the staff was very nice and we were seen quickly, Dr. Drillengas unfortunately misdiagnosed our dog. The lab abnormality, Dr. Drillengas told me was a “lab error” and did not need further treatment/care. Due to this in fact correct value that was concerning, later in the day we had to go to an after hours vet hospital where our dog was admitted overnight.
