I've had a couple of conversations with Steve Munz personally. He seems like a good guy to me. I currently rent an apartment at Village Green Lane West off portage road. I see him as a very fair-minded and professional property manager and Jessie, the onsite manager here has been wonderful. I'm sorry to see them go. I really am! I live in the Forest Run community. Tracy and Munz Corp. truly care about the residents and property. Tracy and the maintenance guys are helpful, caring and always there when needed. The grounds and apartments (inside and out) are well cared for. Issues are fixed right away. This is a place that feels like home, instead of typical apartments.
