I was treated as capable and just like every other professional would be expected to be treated. I was handled with dignity and care and while I have yet to even start the process, I am already extremely pleased with the services and respect I received.
I have been through PHP twice because of very difficult times in my life and it has been the best of all of the many counselors/programs that I tried over the years. It teaches coping skills, and it really TEACHES them, not just have chat fests or complaint fests that most counseling consists of in most places. And it follows up with weekly counseling that continues with help with coping skills.
