Dr.Lal is very attentive and shows he has genuine concern for his patients. He calls and checks up after procedures to make sure I’m good. His staff is also amazing , they are like family. Overall I have the best experience going to his office. Definitely recommend
Dr. Lal and his staff of gifted assistants make an intimidating surgical procedure less so. Just hearing the explanation of what my procedure would include and what I needed to do and why, made me much more relaxed. Today is the day after and except for feeling tired and needing to rest; I am not feeling any pain. Thank you Dr. Lal!!
I recently had a cervical epidural steroid injection, and the procedure went good. The receptionist definently help lighten the mood so that by the time I hit the table I'm relaxed and was ready to go. Nearly painless procedure for me, I was surprised. They got me in and out in a timely manner but never rushed or overlooked any important detail. Thanks Doc!
On our initial visit Dr. Lal spent as much time as he needed to understand our medical situation. He made us feel valued and was more than interested” in going to extra mile “ to help. His caring way was followed up by frequent phone calls to see how we were doing. By using “we” he was concerned how the pain was affecting the family. We can’t thank Dr. Lal enough for his patience and concern Smiles
