I got a call from this company, that claimed I owed over $300 to the city of Dallas for putting trash cans out too early. NEVER have I gotten any bill from the City of Dallas for this. Besides, I sold the house. When the lady I was talking to said she was prepared to take payment over the phone I told her I thought it was a scam and I would report the company and the phone number. This company and its tactics scream SCAM to me - especially with claiming a "warrant" was out for me for the bill! And offering to take payment ov... read more

Everyone start getting signatures. I think if we would come up with a few thousand signatures of people who have had negative experiences, something could change. I did it with AT&T back in the 2000's, and few months later, I got notification of a change in one of their billing policies--the exact one I had been going back and forth with them over. There are definitely plenty of folks who feel robbed by toll companies, it's just getting their signature. I have set up outside of businesses and gotten a couple of hundred in on... read more

If a debt is sold to a collection agency you are not liable to pay it. The debt is only valid to the original party. Not a collector who bought it. It not trade able.

I live in San Antonio, TX. I received a letter dated May 26, 2017 for a violation on 08 Apr 2016 for $58.50. As on this date of violation, the vehicle didnt belong to me. I went to San Antonio Municipal Court. They mentioned that MSB is their agency (and they have been working with them for the last 2-3 months). So they are authentic. The court official showed me my vehicle photo and asked if it was my earlier car. That was my car, but I had sold it by then. But the car is still associated with me through the VIN number. The... read more

To the city officials who have sold vital information about the various residents so you can generate revenue for the city that they live in can go burn in hell! I never gave you permission to lie on me and say that I owe additional fees after I paid off all of my tickets. This is a scam ppl. The government are the ones selling vital information about citizens to third parties, a collection agency such as MSB in this case to generate cash for their so called " essential government services." What I want to know is what kind ... read more

On February 16, 2017 I looked up MSB for the first time and finally found them on internet. I use to call MSB to talk to the representatives and they would never give out information about their business and who they were. It is a scam by the state of Texas in which they have sold to MSB invoices to this third party collection agency for supposedly pat due debts. The government has sold vital information to this agency violating our rights. I found proof but since then the web site has been changed from yesterday from these ... read more

This is the most ridiculous and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. I can't understand why DPS needs to hire this company to due business for them. I guess they wanted to provide jobs to a bunch of liars. They literally took my payment on my invoices and did God knows what with it and lied and said I never paid, causing my invoices to go into default. My license was suspended as a result do to their error and lies. To this very day I do not know what is going on with this company and am literally afraid... read more

They buy invoices from TXTAG. If your card expires on TX TAG and you update it, you still have to pay these criminals too. It isn't clear that MSB and TX TAG are two separate companies so when you update your card online with TX TAG and pay TX TAG, these extortionists are still holding invoices that you thought you just paid. Then they slip in huge fines on top of the toll charges. $9 in toll charges? They added $90 in fees! This company is merely scamming the public and using the Texas Toll Roads and TX TAG name to do so. T... read more
