The doctors and nurse practitioners are genuinely concerned for the health and well being of each and every child that are under their care. They work as a team to ensure the patients are cared for even if the patient isn't assigned to them. They treated us like part of their families and for that I am so grateful!
Great staff and doctors.... they treat my children and myself with dignity and respect..... they make room for emergencies, thankfully only one or two I've had.... my heart goes out to the ones who gave them one star.... but over all they are a great practice...... and I would recommend them.....
Love the Dr.s and staff. We have been seeing Dr. Mann since the day my 2.5 yo son was born and now take both our children. She is fantastic. We also love Dr. Malloy and all the nurse practitioners we have seen. The staff has helped us in the past with referrals and we love that there are walk-in hours. When our son had croup when he was 6 months old, they were very involved even when he was in the hospital. We cannot say enough great things about this office and these doctors.

Worst doctors office I have ever been to. Switched because their hours were convenient and it was the biggest mistake. Our daughter ended up needing a major surgery and then needed therapy and it was impossible to get a referral submitted correctly at this office. Had to call so many times and repeat over and over again what I needed. Now I have all these bills that I have to submit for appeals on. Also when I called the office manager she didn't even bother to call me back. The doctors are nice but don't really care. After ... read more
Our daughter had major brain surgery this year and this office has made the whole process much harder than it could have been. Since day one my wife has constantly been on the phone with medical staff where our daughter has received any treatment trying to fix all of their mistakes. My wife tried to contact the office manager Nicki to just talk about our issues and even she did not get back to my wife. The list goes on and on. My kids have been seen at this practice for 14 years. I absolutely adore Drs. Avila, Malloy, and Mann. In the past, I have never had any problems with the office. Just don't have an emergency or need follow up care after the emergency room when they are short staffed and double booked for sports & school physicals because this week those have taken precedence over a two-year-old with brain issues.
