Dr. Devaney is a great doctor. She was very patient, listened to our concerns and gave us her full attention the whole time we were there. It was an amazing experience.
I have 3 teens and have been there most of their lives. All the Doctor's are really caring and very good at talking to the kids. I'd recvomend them highly to anyone who needs dependability and caring for routine care with kids.
I absolutely love Mundelein pediatrics. I have three children and they all have only ever gone here. The doctors are amazing right from the start the moment your baby is born. Every appointment, whether it be with a doctor or nurse practitioner, they always take their time to give me all the info I need as well as listen to my concerns. I have yet to meet a nurse I didn't like, and I am in love and very comfortable with every doctor. Wouldn't dream of trusting my children's health to anyone else ☝️️💜💙
I am always put on hold when I call. Never left the place earlier than 45 minutes after coming in, even when it was empty. Luckily don't go there often enough to switch.
Nurse practitioner "Jeremy" Messinger (?) Was quite rude, rushed, and "not concerned" (his own words) about our worries. Based on this experience, i will not be returning or recommending this office to anyone. Receptionists joked and flirted amongst other staff, creating quite an unprofessional atmosphere. The star goes to the nurse who performed initial assessment, she was attentive and thorough.
Best staff, I get all my questions answered, and I don't wait forever to be seen. Highly recommended!
