We used this home inspector in early 2010. Many elements -- which we asked specifically about and he assured us were ok -- later turned out to be non-functioning and needed to be replaced or repaired. Overall, it seemed as though he did not know what he was doing. He could not identify or locate common items in the house that a contractor or home inspector should know. Further, he made no attempt to determine what -- or in some cases where -- they were. I would not recommend.
