I’m an owner of an apartment. The lift has been out of service for 5 months. Mutilift has not been responding to fixing the lift, resident have to move in and out without a lift and people with disability and children have to walk the stairs. Multilift played the blame game stating that my Strata have not paid an invoice however I’ve seen the invoice myself and my Starta have definitely paid. In the next AGM I’m kicking them out.
