I am pissed because I have a sick toddler and made an appointment to get him into the doctor at 5:30 that evening was the soonest appointment. I did all the requested paperwork online and he had been seen there 6 months prior. Showed up at exactly 5:30pm and was told our appointment was canceled because we did not show up “10 minutes early” and our appointment was given away. I have never heard of such a thing.
