I don’t like to leave nasty reviews. But I am so frustrated it’s worth it. The Federal Way indigo is amazing. I took my oldest daughter there, even though her lungs were clear and her oxygen was good based on her symptoms the doctor suggested a chest x-ray. She was confirmed with pneumonia. Fast forward three days. Two of my other children start showing the same symptoms. I go to the Covington indigo. We see Dr. Khan. Both kids have clear lungs and good oxygen. RecommendedI got right in to see a doctor and out in a half hour. The doctor was really nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely refer a friend or family member

Great care as always. This is my go to urgent care. You can book appointments online, I've never had a long wait. The staff is always friendly and are very thorough with my care. I recommend them all the time.
Yes the people were nice but they charged me the same amount for an initial visit and a follow up which I technically didn’t need. Now I just feel like they wanted my money. Not sure now to give stars on here but I would give it a 1 star. The service wasn’t worth the cost.
Took my son in when he was sick. I got a call 5 days later saying they forgot to call me with his strep results. Poor guy had strep all along.
Great service in person; but getting through via call is frustrating as No option to leave message or callback #. Called several times...
