waiting in a room a hr after your appointment to see a doctor for 2 minutes. heard them go in other rooms that came in 20 minutes after me. that not right not the service I pay for and I feel like they don't want k help and they just want us out the door. this is the 2nd time I have a had a bad service there

RecommendedI brought my two year old here with a fever after having already been to his pediatrician earlier in the day. His regular doctor said that he would be fine and fight it off on his own. my son later developed a fever so we rushed him to Indigo right before they were going to close. they were very kind and took great care of us, I didn't once feel like they wanted to rush us out. they took great care of my son and diagnosed his strep throat. Thank you all so much!
Very professional in-kind staff. Very clean facility. wonderful that you can set up appointments online and get in very quickly. I would totally recommend this place . they also offer water and coffee or tea. I just think it's a great place when you don't want to go to the emergency room but you need to get in some more quickly and it's a weird time or you know something you have to deal with when you're out of town
Very clean, friendly staff and quick service! I will definitely be coming back for any services needed! From the beginning all the way until l was done was an amazing experience!!!
I am pissed because I have a sick toddler and made an appointment to get him into the doctor at 5:30 that evening was the soonest appointment. I did all the requested paperwork online and he had been seen there 6 months prior. Showed up at exactly 5:30pm and was told our appointment was canceled because we did not show up “10 minutes early” and our appointment was given away. I have never heard of such a thing. My experience was amazing great service got me in really quick and I felt that they really cared for my well being I would highly recommend them to anyone ❤️💕🙏🙏
The blood pressure machine wouldn't stop tonight and the nurse had to unplug it as it was cutting off my circulation.Then the doctor came in was rude and wouldn't even listen to me and kept saying I was a grown woman and I had to leave my small children and go to the emergency room over and over and walked out of the room .
Very patient and informative, felt super comfortable. Highly recommend!
Hands down the best walk-in around. From the minute we (daughter and I) walked in until we left, top notch care. I would highly recommend.
