If you go there during normal hours, you will see a doctor who can help you. If you go outside normal hours, you will see a RNP, who can either call you an ambulance or prescribe you some really strong tylenol. My wife may have injured her neck, and all they did was take our co-pay, and say, "follow up with your primary provider in the morning." Thanks...thanks a lot.
