Even though we’ve owned TLXs for years and I had done all my research, Lance immediately narrowed in on what was important to me. When looking at several vehicles and purchase options, he focused on the few things that were important to me (whereas others may keep talking about features u already know well or don’t care about). He made it truly a one on one discussion. AND got us to the exact deal I wanted!
John was so great during the entire car buying process. He was very informative throughout our time together, and he was also personable. He knew the answers to all the questions I had about the cars, and he made the whole process pleasant. I would highly recommend visiting John if you are in need of an Acura!

Roger is the best. He is knowledgeable and patient and is very easy to work with. He knows the cars and the nuances of the available warranties on the cars. I would highly recommend working with him if he is available.

Muller's Acura was really clean and everyone there was nice. There was 4 people buying cars at the same time as me, so it took a little time to process, but again I just came on a day that was super busy. Otherwise, several employees had asked if I was okay, if I needed any water or food while I waited and even kept checking on my timetable for me.

He was unlike any car salesman I have worked with, he was someone I could trust to get the right deal for me and did not at all seem to fluff. Next time I need to buy a car, I'm going to John!!
