Lance was the consummate sales representative! ! He was patient with us and we never felt pressured. His explanation of all the many features was wonderful. Roger was very pleasant to work with. I’ve had bad experiences with some dealers but Roger made the experience seamless and did not pressure me into anything I was not comfortable with. He made the whole process feel stress free. I would definitely work with Roger again in my future vehicle purchases.

I recently purchased and Acura TLX from Muller’s Acura in Woodfield. First, I love the car I purchased. Second the entire experience was fantastic. I worked with John Mavraganis, who couldn’t have been more helpful. John was very knowledgeable and helped me select the right car for me. Car-buying day is generally NOT a lot of fun. It's something to be endured, as you hold on tight to your wallet. All that changed for us on April 3 when we did business with Roger Svab at Muller's Woodfield Acura. We had a very good experience, were treated with respect, and had no icky pricing surprises. What's more, Roger and PJ (in Finance) stayed well past closing time so that my daughter could get her new wheels and head back to the city.
