Very honest straight forward experience. I felt comfortable during the entire process and after a few bad experiences this dealership and its ethical business practice will have me coming back !

This is my third time in seven years leasing from Lance and the Mullers team (2 MDX's & 1 TLX). I've never been pressured into a deal, and they've always been reasonable meeting my expectations. I can't stress how easy it is working with Lance, and I will continue my relationship with him going forward as he is great. Keep up the great work! If anyone reading this review is considering leasing a new vehicle, I highly recommend talking with Lance and the Mullers team out in Schaumburg.

Lance was patient and helpful. He showed me many features on my test drive and was organized and attentive when I made the purchase. This is our second Acura purchase from Muller Acura and Lance. I’ve enjoyed driving my wife’s RDX the last few months and wanted to get e for myself. Lance helped line up a couple of 2023 editions and I picked out a black RDX to match my wife’s. Lance got us through the paperwork and gave me some helpful hints on my new car. It was a pleasure to buy from Lance and the Muller team!!

Lance is THE BEST salesman I have ever worked with. His patience, knowledge and care is unmatched. After a whole year of unsuccessful car shopping, I have come back to meet with Lance and revisit the car of my dreams - the MDX. Before I drove off the lot, Lance took the time out of his busy day to sit in the car with me and go through all the features, settings, etc. I will forever recommend Lance and the Muller Acura team to anyone on the hunt for a car!
