My first attempt at purchasing a new Honda Accord was with a dealer from whom I had purchased my existing vehicle 10 years ago. I looked at the 2011 selection and the dealer did not have the model & color choices that I was considering on the lot. My sales associate told me that they would not take my 2001 Odyssey as a trade-in, and was given one price "not negotiable." (I was later told that the trade-in would have been negotiable.) I must tell you Honda couldn't have been better, it took all of 1 1/2 hours and I drove out in a brand new Civic. Needless to say I won't be looking at any other dealer and will most likely take my business to Muller Honda, where they seem to care about the customers needs! Thanks to Michael, Harry and Joe! This dealership is definitely a cut above the rest. I was dreading the idea of having to purchase another car. I worked with Michael Wei via the internet initially and he was very responsive and informative. When we met with him he took the time to explain the entire deal to us. Brian and the sales manager did a great job cutting through the red tape. They provided a lease price that I could live with. Brian did an excellent job explaining the features of the Accord. They also allowed me to change the delivery date (two weeks earlier) with a smile and no complaints.

The Process of buying my first car was painless and clear. They completly eliminate the stigma of dealers that are trying to trick you into spending more money on a car that isn't what you. The employees just want to help you buy a car and its as simple as that. Simple. Fantastic service.

I was a state away trying to find everything I was looking for in a used vehicle and found it. I called the dealership and talked to the used car salesman, who was pretty nice. The pictures I had seen online on consisted of some exterior pics and pictures of the dash & steering wheel none of the seats, carpets, or cargo area. Our salesman Marcus was super helpful, polite and really listened to what we wanted. He did not try to push us towards anything and was respectful of our budget. All the other staff was extremely helpful and nice. I will definitely shop for a car here again!

Tried to do a cash for clunkers deal and they acted like I had herpes - rude and inefficient. They couldn't figure out the government website and asked for $4500 upfront in case the gov. didn't pay them. I have bought five cars from them over the years but I'm not going there again.

After looking at the reviews for Muller Honda I was skeptical whether this was a dealership I wanted to purchase a vehicle from. However, based on the price of the vehicle I wanted, I decided to purchase from Muller and my experience was very good!
