Went there with a prescription and was given the wrong hand ban for wrist. Wasn't even asked right or left
I should have read the reviews before recommending this company to my mother. She purchased an expensive lift chair. At time of the sale, she told Bonnie that her room was on the second floor and there is a chair lift on the stairs. They sold her the floor model (at full price, mind you) as non-refundable. Subpar equipment sold. Will never again deal with this store.
I visited the Blue Ash location to get fitted for a custom compression hose and Mary was AMAZING! Extremely knowledgeable and makes sure you're comfortable the whole time. She's the sweetest person and very quick as well. 15/10 would recommend Mary or any compression hose needs.
