We purchased a medical bed for our mother for her new home at a facility, bed was delivered and we didn’t like it so we returned it. That was a week and three days ago and my money still has not been returned to our account, money that’s needed for this transition. Excellent service!! Jan’s Medical went out of the way to deliver the electric bed in a timely fashion. Additionally when I needed paperwork to justify using my flexible spending account card they sent me what I needed immediately. Highly recommended!!!!

I should have read the reviews before recommending this company to my mother. She purchased an expensive lift chair. At time of the sale, she told Bonnie that her room was on the second floor and there is a chair lift on the stairs. They sold her the floor model (at full price, mind you) as non-refundable. We were told we could submit a doc's note to avoid sales tax. 1. Upon delivery, they refused to take to the second floor. It does absolutely no good on the first floor. 2.
