They billed my insurance for a new machine that was used with over 214 hours on it. It wasn't even refurbished, the water tank and tubing was broken. Now I have to figure out how to get a new machine and have them take this back and compensate me. I am elderly and in terrible shape to begin with, these are the worst kind of crooks.
It’s not surprising that the US justice dept got them for tons of fraud claims with Medicare and Medicaid. Look it up April 2023 an employee whistle blower told the truth of the fraud this company does . Shame on you adapt health ! This company should be shut down !
Do not use Young's medical. The are dishonest and inept. I had a very sick family member & did not need the stress caused by this company. They never answer the phones so trying to get anything resolved is impossible. Their billing is balance forward & no details are included. I tried to get a detailed bill several times to no avail. There are other more trustworthy companies out there. We did not know better when my loved one was in the hospital. Horrible organization. Never contacted me on Cpap recall. Remember google review ratings based on number of reviews. Younger people tend to put up with bad service. Over 30 we are vocal! This company will hound you like dog in heat to sell you something! They lied to me today saying they out reached to me about recall. Liars!
DO NOT USE!!! I am writing this review on May 13, 2021. I got a CPAP machine from Young's at Granit Run Drive in Lancaster in August, 2020. At the time I was told that I'd be receiving regular supplies, which has never happened. Several months ago, my CPAP started acting-up - the airflow was almost non-existent. I took it apart, and it SEEMED like the problem MAY have been the filter? I put it back together, and it SEEMED normal. HOWEVER, I was not able to figure out how to properly insert a new filter. Horrible service I shall never use this company, Billed and I have insurance 2 to be exact they didn’t not submit sent equipment that I was told I could not get due to they needed doctor note like why I’m a go in a building during pandemic and they did have appt for me but if you know I usually get this equipment why stress a disabled person out you call the office.You don’t send without notice and bill the patient.
This company refuses to use my insurance coverage.After giving me a hard way to go for equipment during pandemic,They sent supplies to me and I was under the impression I had to wait for doctors note.They never received because I needed a current appt.They in their own sent me supplies and billed me instead of my two insurances after calling Medicare they reduced the bill Medicare paid their part the other portion should go to secondary with was straight MA. I wish I could give them a ZERO rating, My 87 year old, dialysis patient mother has been waiting for a wheelchair since the first week of October 2020. She had an appointment today with her primary care physician, the one who did the prescription for the wheelchair. He inquired, and was shocked she hadn't received it yet. First Choice Customer Service Sucks. I have been trying to get a bill submitted to Medicare since June up to present day w/o success. Great on talk, very short on delivery. The bill was for $450! My guess, they dropped the ball to Medicare!
