I was very quick to buy this based on my hairdresser's recommendation. I had a bit of buyer's remorse and panicked because it was not within my budget; however, I proceeded with the treatments as instructed and hoped for the best. I'm 3 months in, after 24 treatments and this is what I've discovered so far. The helmet is painless, with just a little weight on my head. For anyone who is condering a Theradome, I highly recommend it! I purchased the EVO version and I continue using it now for a year. It takes a few months at the beginning to notice progress but be patient, be consistent and you will be rewarded with new growth! I am in the habit of putting it on almost every night while I read something for 20 minutes. Prior to use, I had a hard time covering my scalp when combing my hair. I was doubtful, but thought I would give it a try. I faithfully followed the protocol - which was easy, twice a week for 20 minutes - and I began to see hair growth after about 3 months. I kept doing the twice a week routine - I could check my email during those twenty minutes - and was thrilled when I had thicker hair.!! Easy to use, painless, and effective!

Customer support agent Bryan was helpful and remedied a charger problem and now unit works perfectly again. Helmet is so comfortable and convenient, only requires twenty minutes twice per week. Love it! I want to keep my hair thick!
