The woman answering the phones thinks going without sleep for three days is not an emergency that warrants help on a weekend. Terrible customer service when people need help! Shame on them!!

This company is incredible. The people are friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I had some really terrible customer service problems with another company and switched to Absolute. They are wonderful to deal with, and they follow through consistently. Highly recommend them!
