This company is incredible. The people are friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I had some really terrible customer service problems with another company and switched to Absolute. They are wonderful to deal with, and they follow through consistently. Highly recommend them!

Customer service is atrocious. The make mistakes and don't take responsibility for them. Requested a call back from a supervisor more than 3 times, never got a call. Finally got a supervisor on the phone and they were not at all helpful. Worst company ever!

They don't get the phone . they don't get back to you .. They don't follow though with faxing doctors .. Let you go without .
