Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Fantastic doctor! Fabulous bedside manner, thorough, great surgeon. Couldnt have been happier to find a urologist for life. He sees my neighbors, my father, and me. He has treated my fathers prostate cancer, my kidney stones, and is absolutely fabulous. Love Dr Patel!

I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!
They are one of the most reliable doctor's I've ever been to. I had an emergency recently and I was able to get a hold of them right away. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They are fantastic at returning my calls right away. I always hear back from them within a day.
