I arrived for my appointment ( booked 2 months ago) and was told the doctor was out of town. The staff lied and told me that all patients had been notified when, clearly, I had not. As I blew 2 hours pay to make this appointment I think I should be reimbursed for my wages. The staff was both clueless and uncaring and I was treated disrespectfully. Needless to say, I will be seeking another doctor
Dr. Steinberg is a nice guy. But although he's a nice guy, he butchered my toe by dumping a bunch of acid on it.. A simple ingrown toenail surgery turned into a 4 month nightmare of numerous series of antibiotics and loss of mobility. Go elsewhere.
