I went in on two occasions with sore toes. Dr. Hiatt treated them and painlessly took care of both problems. He is professional, personable and very knowledgeable and caring.

My visit to Dr. Hiatt came after being treated by another doctor (not a podiatrist) who incorrectly diagnosed the problem in my foot as plantar fasciitis and prescribed medication for idiopathic neuropathy. When I called Bay Area Foot Care, I was able to book an appointment easily. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Hiatt has an upbeat, personable manner. After dealing with foot pain for almost two years and multiple doctors, Dr. Hiatt offered a different approach and diagnosis. In a very short time he was able to eliminate my foot pain. Dr, Hiatt was great. I've had foot issues my whole life (44 years) and he was the 1st Dr. to say lets get this fixed. Within 6 weeks we were In surgery and I'm on my way to walking again. Easy transaction from my old Podiatrist to his office in Modesto, The office assistance worked with my insurance company to get the best deal. Easy to talk to and understand, And he explains every thing in detail. Very nice friendly man.
Excellent Doctor and explains everything he is doing so that I know what is going on. Sits back and relaxes as he is talking to you. He is not rushing out the door. I have the utmost confidence in him and his care plan for me.
