People have to safe on power , and this place ,everything electric , and expensive , not even a simple breakfast included, i lucky did not too pay for the room

We spent 3 nights at the Muir in Halifax. arriving by train. The property is convenient to the VIA Rail station, and sits right on the wharf boardwalk. It is right next to the ferry station. The hotel itself has a very small lobby with a very nice seating area, and there is an excellent on-site restaurant. The decor of the entire hotel is understated modern quiet elegance. This was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Breakfast was great and the spa salt room super cool. Friendly staff and very helpful. Location was perfect. We had a suite so very spoiled. Bathroom and view of boardwalk and water from The Shannon room stunning. Aesop products top notch. Never change
