I took my 08 Escape here and Jeff & Darrell did a great job taking care of me. I would happily recommend these guys to anyone. They are honest and fair. Two things which are tough to find with any auto repair shop in this town. Keep up the good work guys!
Worst "auto shop" on the planet Giving this business even one star is painful. How awful this place is is beyond words. How they even remain in business is a complete mystery to me. They treated me like garbage the two times I was there (I only came back to get a part replaced that was warranteed by them for a year that broke within 8 months which they not only didn't replace, but they blamed me for the part breaking). Muffler Man sucks If I could give this business negitive stars I would. Giving it even one star is extremely difficult. There is nothing I can say that is good about this place. Well, except for the fact that it was cheap compared to other places I looked at for the part I needed replaced but never has the saying "you get what you paid for" been more true. Good work! Hey, I'm a Disabled Air Force veteran confined to a wheelchair. I own a 2010 Ford Ranger XLT with a V-6. It's my first new truck and I turned it over to this facility for upgrades to the air intake and exhaust. I was pleasantly surprised when "Paul" the mechanic returned my truck after one of the upgrades, washed and hood open to show me his work.
