I didn't have a good experience. They stole my RV with cameras and everything. They never notified me. I found out when I went to check it out. No one showed me the cameras and they didn't take responsibility for anything and they didn't break the bars or anything, so the person who took it had the PIN to be able to enter and leave the place.
Excellent service.. Great pricing as well. I’m grateful.
Trailer was stolen and they will not provide camera footage
IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING STOLEN OUT OF THESE FACILITIES DONT BOTHER TRYING TO GET CAMERA FOOTAGE. gates are always broke open. they forward everything to a call center. had a 15,000 trailer stolen and can’t even get camera footage.
we stored last year and never had a problem. this year we just signed up again with a painless process and excellent support with texting and email
