Sara I don't normally comment on bad reviews as everyone has their own opinion I will tell you that we are very busy and believe we are the best. We have over 20 dogs today so I would say we are busy. Maybe you should become a happier individual and you would not think about negativity!! Took our beagle in for a nail trim with no appointment, we were in and out in about 5 minutes. The ladies there were very friendly and my pup seemed to enjoy herself! Will return for grooming for sure!
Kim has always done an excellent job grooming my dog. She pays close attention to any special requests I've asked of her too. Wouldn't take Lucy anywhere else!
