Kim is an amazing groomer my Lady pup just loves her!
This groomer does a wonderful job, just look at her pictures! She cares enough about her clients to service them even when their owners are neglectful. Wonderful groomer who truly cares!

Don't let this cocker owner get you down. Your grooms look wonderful and you seem to really care. You cannot be held responsible for an owners negligence. I would bring my dogs to you if I lived closer. It looks like you have great ratings and lots of love from all your other clients. Keep helping those sweet fur babies!
