I always tell people about Mud Puppies. The owner is very knowledgeable about pet food. I would like to say thank you to her for donating a 40lb bag of dog food to a friend of mine who has fallen on hard times!
All our experiences with Mud Puppies have been wonderful. Kimberly is well-versed in All Things Dog. She has spent lots of time talking to me about my dogs, available training, offering hints, making suggestions and recommendations when asked. With or without a "sale" she has spent time coaching me to be a better dog person.

I have never and will never take my dog to Mu Puppies. My children and I went there to buy a dog license, and the staff was extremely rude to my children. As my children ages 4 and 5 just stood there and tried to be friendly, a staff member made comments to them about not touching anything. They were standing next to me, not touching anything. There is also a sign that states that children should be on a leash. My children may not have been the ones paying, but they are still customers, and deserve respect. Rude people don't... read more

Sara So sorry you don't appreciate our humor. The sign states "Pets Welcome Children must be on a leash" We have another that states "People tolerated Dogs Welcome". Our philosophy about children is this; not all dogs like children. It can be a precarious mix. I am sure your dog does well with your children. As far I a staff member not asking your children not to touch anything, I am sure they must have been touching something in order for this person to ask them not to be touching anything. We Love Mud Puppies, Lucy would go crazy without this wonderful place!
We love Mud Puppies! The staff is very friendly and has always helped us with questions on training, nutrition and skin/coat care for our Rotties (past and present). They provide a premium brand dog food that is affordable and convenient for us to purchase, so we know our puppy is getting the best nutrition. :)
