Fantastic facility! I utilized the self-serve wash. They had everything you need. They even gave me samples of food for my dog! Definitely going back.
We took our dog Bella here for the first time recently and we could not be more pleased. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. When I dropped her off they spent time with me to find out exactly how I wanted her groomed. When I picked her back up she looked great! We have had her groomed many times and by a few different places. This is by far the best she has ever looked. We will only go to Mud puppies from now on.

Had to take our dog here because she got into something very smelly. The staff were so helpful. Generous amounts of products available and they even trimmed her nails. We will be back.
Took our puppy to beginners class. Instructor Lynn was very informative and great teacher. Gave us a lot of additional information other than just teaching. Small classes so great one on one. Highly recommend.
I was okay with the grooming services for the first 2 times but then I started noticing some odd behaviors of my pup. He would always be so scared to go in and when we would pick him up his collar would be choking him. The staff wasn't very understanding with my concerns so I decided that it was time to leave. Switched companies completely and my pup hasn't been scared once and his collar is always the same as when we dropped him off!
I had a wonderful self service experience at Mud Puppies and i want to express my gratitude towards employee Wendy. She took time to help me understand several grooming tips for my Goldendoodle. Thank you Wendy for a job well done!! Your time was very much appreciated.
