My son and his friends rented a house on wood street from this crappy company. They had mice, bats, ants, a fire, sewer back up with poop in the basement and a break in which several of these things the company was excepting these boys to pay for. This all occurred in 3 years. They ended their lease in July 31, 2025 . Girls will be taking over this house which is insane to me. MTR is the definition of a slum lord. They will charge $100 dollars for a piece of tape left on the property. Please just use a different property management company.
Subleasing and was charged late fees when they didn't give me the ability to pay the rent until 5 days after it was due. They were hard to contact and rude when I did get ahold of them. They do not care about their tenants, do not recommend
