MTR is the definition of a slum lord. They will charge $100 dollars for a piece of tape left on the property. Please just use a different property management company.
Subleasing and was charged late fees when they didn't give me the ability to pay the rent until 5 days after it was due. They were hard to contact and rude when I did get ahold of them. They do not care about their tenants, do not recommend
