I have had terrible experiences with the service shop. I currently have been here about an hour to get an oil change. My appointment was at 11:45 and is 12:30ish and my car has not even been pulled around. What’s even more sad is I am here with a free oil change due to the past 2 being done incorrectly. The last one was so bad I was leaking oil. Don’t come here.
