the sales associate was very pushy and basically tried to tell me I had to take the vehicle he wanted me to take. he was too worried about making his commission that he didn't try to take care of my wants/needs. he just wanted to put me in a vehicle as quick as possible. I wasn't given prices, interest rates or anything to help me decide if it was the right purchase for me. he even kept trying to push a vehicle on me after telling him no.
i had a service appointment and the person that set it up put wrong date now i am just sitting here and the person we checked me in was rude
As far as bringing your vehicle here for maintenance or anything like that, I recommend going somewhere else. we take my boyfriends truck here due to the fact it is still under warranty, and we ALWAYS make an appointment, but whether theres 1 person in front of us or 10, we still get stuck waiting for at least 2 hours everytime we come for an oil change, or a camera reprogramming that we were told would take 30-60 minutes. The employees are not rude by any means, or anything, the waiting time is just crazy.

They do not stand behind the cars they sell. As a matter of fact, the sales managers exact words were “it sounds like you got a bad apple but we didn’t know it was a bad apple when we sold it to you and there is nothing we can do about it.” This was a car that was bought brand new with 10 miles off their lot and had been in the shop 4 times in a year even leaving me stranded at work needing a tow truck.
