They sell you a car and have title issue with the vehicle then lie to you causing you to have to run around all over the place trying to get a tag but you can't.I bought a car on February 11 2020. As of March 27th 2020 I still don't have title and can't get temporary tag .The temporary tag they gave me ran out March 27th 2020 . They don't care about their buyers.
These folks have the shittiest customer service i have ever seen. I called them to make sure they had a vehicle on the lot that was advertised on there website through true car. They assured me that it was there. I drove an hour and half to find out it was sold 30 minutes before i got there. That was after i called them an hour before arriving to let them now that i was seriously on my way. they harrasse you. then when you ask them to stop they refuse. went somewhere else they get mad and hang up on you. very unprofessional and rude sales people. dont go to them
