Bought a car on Friday. Told my to bring my check stub in on Monday. Called me on snow Saturday and said I needed to sign a paper we missed. When I got there the took the car back. Didn't even give me til Monday to bring my check stub in. Save money and time. Go to Mountainview nissan. It also took 2 weeks to refund my money and they lost the keys to the car I traded in

Five stars based on my first impression after a quick, unscheduled stop for service (punctured tire). I used to go to Nissan of Chattanooga East where I originally purchased my Murano, but went to the new Cleveland dealership which is much more convenient, Very friendly and gave excellent service. Look forward to a continues relationship woth them. UPDATE: I've been back a couple of times for routine service, and continue to give them 5 stars. Personnel are all friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back.
