My Husband and I went to Nissan of Cleveland to look at the 2017 Murano's. We did our homework beforehand so we knew which model we wanted. Juan was our sales rep. He went out of his way to answer questions and get us in the right car. Kevin worked out all the details with our trade in etc and gave us the best price. We love our new Murano. To everyone giving them 5star reviews the day you buy it, just wait until it messes up to revise your review. After purchasing a new 370z from a dealership that closed shortly after, my hardtop car started leaking rain water into the cab. We have given this dealership 3 times to fix it and they still can't figure it out. When I called this last time to get it fixed, the service manager tried to pawn me off on another dealership asking why I didn't just go somewhere else. I agree with the fellow that said this dealership is a joke. And its a bad joke at that. There like used car dealers, they treat you nice until you buy a car or truck then when you go back your a piece of dirt. The service manager told me to take my truck to a different dealership to have my oil changed the 2nd time I had it changed because I complained about the first time. And a girl called me from there to take a survey about the dealership and when I told her she hung up on me. No sir this is the worst new car and truck ... read more
