Was there for a recall, found I had another issue that was covered by manufacturers warranty they are ordering my part and fixing that also. They were very friendly and professional!!! One of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had!
I bought my jeep from u on Monday . Great experience all around but as far as their claim to do a 140 ck points not so good . I bought the car two days ago and low tire pressure warning light is on . Would like to say , someone forgot to check this before selling it . Now I have the hassle of getting all the tires checked out and topped out so the warning light will go out

Was there last night thinking I would be leaving in a new car. After they gave me an insulting offer on my trade, they than further insulted me with a ridiculous finance rate. I will walk before I ever go back to them.

Just had our time completely wasted by Mountain View Nissan of Cleveland. I made an appointment with them to look at a car, verified my appointment during the day, and then we drove almost 45 minutes to their dealership where they told us someone would be waiting outside for us with the car. We got there and no one was waiting for us. We went inside and were told the car wasn't available but they had cars with more mileage that were more expensive. Ridiculous.
If you are looking to buy, they will give you a great deal. No nonsense, straight to business of getting the deal complete. Would highly recommend them for tour car buying needs.
