For an an organization that supposedly has the best customer service that you would post an event on your website with a countdown clock to its end and show up an hour and fifteen minutes before that time after leaving work early and cancelling other events to try to get there. That is not service that makes me want to come back.

I tried to buy a brand new vehicle from you all a week ago and he said that it was up to 6k depending on the condition of the vehicle. I had a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder and they only wanted to give me 1250 for it. Plus, you can’t combined it with other offers. If you trade, then you do not get the incentives the new vehicles give. I complained to the general manager there and this was what he told me. You all are very misleading on this and it’s very unprofessional.
