Unfortunately, our car was a victim of the Chattanooga floods. Our insurance said it had to be seen by a dealership before they could determine if it was totaled. This is the only dealership near me that could see it. They told me it would take them 2 weeks to get my car. Well two weeks has gone by and they still haven’t seen it. I’ve called 3 times and a day to get updates and they won’t pick up or return my phone calls. I only have the rental car for four more days and I need to know if I gotta buy a new car! I know every day may be different at this location. Some people have good days and some have bad but this was unreasonable. I was so disappointed by this service center. I made an appointment at 9am on Thursday. I called the service center around 5pm to get an update on my car. I was told there were many cars ahead of me and they couldn't get to it. I decided to let them keep it one more day in hopes of them getting to it. I get a call Friday afternoon saying there were still 7 or 8 cars ahead of mine in the shop. Told the g... read more

This place is so terrible. I would have to write a book to list everything about them that's worse than terrible. I'll leave it like this. I was so mad after waiting for 5 hours to get my truck serviced. I left there and went a traded my truck for a Toyota Tundra and love love my Toyota.
