I came for an oil change and to have two recalled parts replaced. They said it would be a couple of hours. I’ve been sitting here 5 hours now. And oh yeah I was the 7:30am appointment so should have been one of first vehicles in.
I wish I could give double zero but I cant. do not go to this Ford to have any service done on your vehicle. My husband had a fuel pump replaced on his vehicle and then all of a sudden we get a code that we have never gotten before and now they’re trying to say that the code never showed up that is complete and utter bull crap. They are so unprofessional there. You have to call them like 567 times before they even answer. They don’t call you back. You have to continuously call them so my suggestion do not go to this place. Customer crevice is horrible I called to cancel my extended warranty since I paid my truck off and the lady was rude.
If I could give zero stars I would, the service department has been awful and their customer service doesn’t exist. My car has 10K miles I’ve had it 10 months and the check engine light came on for an engine misfire. I took it in 10 days ago to have it worked on, I was told by my service advisor Jose it would be looked at this past Thursday or Friday, I left it because I was advised with the flashing check engine light it wasn’t safe to drive. Ford doesn't stand behind there warranty or there service ! Left me without a vechlic to drive cause Jason the service guy didnt stand behind his commit of 10 days getting the 2020 Kia Telluride fixed.. I wouldn't recommend Ford service downtown Chattanooga, TN !
