This place is a joke. Not very transparent. Been here a few times and was not satisfied. Their automated system is hard to deal with. Carley talks in circles and cannot answer your questions..also overtalks you. Not to mention is very condescending in her attitude and tone. Ford do better
Do not go here to the downtown location. The service department is horrific. I have filed a civil suit against the downtown location, and the service manager is garbage. I brought the car in for a recall, and a spare key fob. It seemed like we were communicating back-and-forth Professionally and diligently but it got messy when I went to pick up the car They did work to my car that I did not approve on aftermarket parts and they broke my spot lamp scratched my vehicle and didn’t even put the hubcaps back on and wanted me to ... read more
Brought my mom’s truck in for a simple recall, had a check engine light upon pickup (didn’t have one before) dealer fixed that immediately… no biggie. Get the truck home and it appears this technician leaned on a heater hose when doing the “complementary” inspection or something, and as soon as I pull in my driveway the truck leaks all of the antifreeze out! (Broken heater hose connection). All they could come up with on the inspection was the truck needed “additives” in the oil and fuel for the sum of $180! Come on people d... read more

I bought a truck online,pics looked good at least the ones they showed. Well when I finally got the truck what a ripoff Mitch said truck was Cherry doesn’t know what he’s talking about. I’ll never buy car online again or trust dealer.
